User Agreement
These terms apply to all users of this website. If you do not accept these terms then you should immediately stop using this website. Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.
Payment
We accept Cheques and Baccs transfers - We will in the future accept debit & credit cards with the exeption of american express
Design & Payment Terms
All orders must be accompanied by webpage creation payment.
(Also once set up - a valid Visa or Mastercard account number is required at time of order to reserve design time)
.Once a quotation has been agreed a signed contract will be returned to Cool Mustard Ltd confiming permission to go ahead with the design work.
,all aspects of the design will be signed off via e-mail, once 50% of the work has been completed half of the inital deisgn fee will be due (as per contract)
All payments will be taken once a confirmation of permission has been recived via e-mail.
Once the design has been completed then the final payment will be due and the website put live onto the internet once payment has been received.
A fee of £4.00 or 2.5% of the invoice amount will be levied against any payment by Credit Card. Debit / Switch cards will not be charged a fee.
Late Payment Charges
In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act we will recover reasonable debt recovery costs and Statutory Interest for overdue payments. In the event of nonpayment for any undisclosed reason, after 30 days of web time, the web advertising will be deactivated from the internet and the entire amount of the unpaid balance shall immediately become due and payable..
A fee of £45.00 + VAT will be levied against all accounts that are overdue, this is to cover our time and effott in recovering all monies.
